Paul Silverman
Manager/CEO

A four-decade veteran of the business, Paul lives and breathes real estate. It is his passion and avocation; he has never approached one day in the business as a job. He has more experience in the business than any other development professional in New Mexico. Never one to be constrained by boundaries, he has been involved in development throughout the Southwest and actively involved in real estate development in Asia since 2002, with a very successful self storage business in Singapore and four years in China seeking retail opportunities. His legacy of development projects includes virtually every type of real estate activity and ownership in several different operating companies that are industry related. He has devoted a large amount of his time serving in leadership capacities of national and local organizations that benefit both his industry and the communities in which he has worked. He is proud to be followed in the business by his two sons who will take the company to even larger successes in the next four decades.

Tracy Riffe
CPA - Asset/Property Manager, Controller, Principal

Tracy has been a member of the team since 2002, with industry experience dating back to 1984. As a CPA, Tracy has a sharp eye for the numbers but his best characteristic is his highly uncommon level of common sense. In his role as Controller and Asset/Property Manager, his tenant/client interactions are friendly, even-handed and respectful. Tracy is also very hands on when it comes to things physical and mechanical. The result is that Geltmore properties are the best maintained in the marketplace, while having the most economical common area maintenance charges. This creates a very high value for our tenants in terms of image and cost of their business locations. In his spare time, Tracy races vintage motorcycles and both he and his wife Jani are actively involved in their church and its social outreach programs.

Adam Silverman
National Office & Industrial Acquisitions & Leasing, Principal

Principal Adam started his career by interning in Albuquerque and Sydney Australia for CBRE while still in college. His professional career started in 2003 when he joined Strata Realty in Corona, CA. While Strata is a boutique brokerage shop specializing in industrial and office properties in the Corona/Norco submarket of the Inland Empire, it maintains a very large market share of this submarket which has provided Adam a wealth of experience in a very short time. While working in the Inland Empire, Adam has experienced the highs and lows of the business, all the while prospering due to his strong commitment to serving his clients’ best interest at all times. Adam is integrally involved in the Geltmore business by advising on new industrial and office development, acquisition, marketing strategies and national tenant lease negotiations. He also has responsibility for new business development opportunities for Geltmore in the Inland Empire. Adam is committed to earning his CCIM and SIOR designation, and he is active in his NAIOP chapter, as well as a regular participant in the activities of the Corona Chamber of Commerce.

David Silverman
National Retail Acquisitions & Leasing, Principal

Principal David has been fortunate to spend his career in San Diego at Flocke & Avoyer, a brokerage specializing in retail properties. After starting in 2005 and completing his time as a marketing assistant learning the market, he joined a team lead by two senior professionals with multiple major landlord relationships. David has achieved a great deal of success for his clients due to his self-discipline, good work habits and commitment to serve his clients in structuring retail leases that promote successful small retail businesses no matter how small they may be. David has contributed significantly to his Geltmore business interests by leading the company’s development of its new web based business platform. In addition, he has assisted in creating Geltmore’s in-house marketing program and continues to support the company by analyzing and refining retail leasing strategy, database development and will be responsible for national retail leasing in new developments. David is also responsible for new business development in San Diego and Riverside counties in California. David’s commitment to the industry include his course work to achieve the ICSC designation of CLS and his participation in the NAIOP Developing Leaders program, as well as being licensed in both California and New Mexico. He serves his community by being active in the San Diego Big Brothers program and also being a part of his local synagogue, Congregation Beth Israel.
